Welcome to RIVERSBEND, the ultimate Airbnb Experience in the Mt. Washington Valley! This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home sits on 10 acres and has 1900 feet of private frontage on the Saco River. Tucked away in the Heart of the valley, this 4800 ft.² getaway is the perfect place for you and your friends and family to make memories that will last forever. Sit by the firepit, jump in the pool, take a dip in the hot tub or take a seat at the bar while your guests play pool. The entertainment is endless!

Bunk room: 4 Full beds and 2 Twin trundles

We live local if you need anything at all!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.

This week

We loved our stay at Riverbend. The property was gorgeous and was perfect for our group, which included a toddler and infant. Having a high chair, pack n play, and baby monitors readily available was great, and the fence around the pool gave us peace of mind. My toddler loved exploring the property, which was great during nap times for the younger one! The location was great — close to attitash and Diana’s baths, but there’s so much to do on the property you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to 🙂 thank you for having us!

This location was so close to the river, it is rocky but it was swimmable, and we loved the proximity. The house is very large! Bar / Hang out room is really fun! Loved the game room in the basement. Beds and couches were very comfortable! Overall place had a great vibe! Great for a large family vacation. If you’re looking for a place to eat Red Fox Grille is delicious, HIGHLY recommend, about 15 minutes away from house!

My family and I really enjoyed our winter stay at the "Riversbend" house. It is set on a beautiful, private property near the river and train tracks. The house felt spacious and modular. It sleeps 12 people comfortably - being 16 adults, we knew we would feel a little cramped. 1.5 common bathrooms, 2 en-suite. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we really enjoyed the bar area, wood stove, hot tub, pool table, board games and TVs. Note to renters: one of the neighbors has ZERO tolerance for speeding on the access road (>10mph), so stay below if you do not want the police called.
