Residents have access to building amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, and nearby beach access. One valet parking space is included with the residence, while additional vehicles may use valet service based on availability at the standard building rate.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• One complimentary parking spot available in the Valet. For additional cars, Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $225 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
