Welcome to Rocky Top, by Music City Magnolia — a 4th-floor Midtown condo with a speakeasy and pool on site.
Rocky Top is the condo that figured out what Midtown Nashville should feel like. Perched on the 4th floor of a building in Marathon Village — with elevator access — this 2-bedroom, 1-bath rental sleeps 6 and comes with one of the best amenity packages in Nashville vacation rentals: The 1865 Club speakeasy right downstairs (yes, $5 mimosas), a heated dip-pool, a fitness center, a skyline observation deck, and an outdoor bar and grill area with SmartTVs. You could, theoretically, never leave.
The sleeping is comfortable and practical: a queen primary bedroom, a full-size second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for that 5th and 6th guest. In-unit washer/dryer handles laundry without a trip to the laundromat. Free gated parking is included. And if you're bringing one dog, the property welcomes them with a $50 dog fee (one dog only, please).
The Marathon Village neighborhood is a quietly excellent Nashville location. Centennial Park and the Parthenon are 0.7 miles for morning walks. Vanderbilt is 0.7 miles. Hattie B's Hot Chicken is 0.8 miles — a genuine Nashville pilgrimage if you haven't been. Midtown's bar and restaurant scene is 0.8 miles. Music Row is 1.3 miles. Broadway is 1.7 miles by rideshare or ambitious walk. Saint Thomas Hospital is 0.5 miles, making this an excellent option for healthcare visitors.
For concerts, games, and events at the Fairgrounds Nashville area, or for guests attending Vanderbilt or using Saint Thomas, Rocky Top's central Midtown location is hard to improve on.
Whether you're visiting for a couples getaway, bachelorette weekend, NYE celebration, CMA Fest, or a Vanderbilt game day, Rocky Top's speakeasy and dip-pool set it apart from anything else in Nashville. Dog-friendly — one dog welcome with fee.
