Fully renovated in June 2025, this is an all new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury home in the heart of Roma Norte. Everything in the house is brand new and top quality. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and AC. Enjoy a large 6 person Jacuzzi in the patio or hang out on the beautiful large terrace with big screen TV and mini fridge perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The house is located in a gated community for an extra layer of security.

The property boasts multiple rooms for entertaiing. The living room has two parts, one with a large comfortable sofa and TV and a custom high bar entertaining space.

We were two families traveling with four kids and four adults. The location was great and felt safe. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. The home was as described, clean and useful amenities. There was a large water cooler in the kitchen with filtered water that was nice. Washer dryer was useful for our wet clothes after getting caught in the rain. The home is tri-level with lots of stairs, took some getting use to but after a day was fine. If you are traveling during the rainy months, be sure to have waterproof shoes. A very large puddle forms (4+ inches deep) out the front steps making it impossible to come or go without soaking your shoes. It does drain slowly, but takes a few hours, and it seemed to still be there when we were heading out for dinner and fully drained by the time we got home. Overall great stay! Great host who was responsive and gave good recommendations. We would return to this house in the future.

The apartment was perfect for our group of 6 adults…plenty of room to be together or spread out. Everything was clean and well maintained. The air conditioners work very well in the bedrooms. The apartment was about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Roma Norte where most of the nightlife and great restaurants are. There are several convenience stores just around the corner to grab whatever you need. The location was also very quiet…no issues with noise at night. We would definetly stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and had more than enough space for our family of seven. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous patio, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after spending each day walking all over Mexico City. The neighborhood felt very safe and was incredibly walkable. One of our favorite discoveries was Taco Los Alexis just two doors down, it ended up being one of our favorite taco spots in all of Mexico City! This place is truly a gem, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
