Roney Palace 1126 is a three-bedroom residence offering approximately 1,180 square feet of living space in one of Miami Beach’s most sought-after oceanfront locations. With western exposure, the home overlooks the city skyline and the Intracoastal Waterway, creating beautiful sunset views and warm evening light.

Inside, the layout is designed for both comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the additional bedrooms include two twin beds and one queen bed. Two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a spacious living area create a comfortable environment for extended stays. The residence also opens onto a private balcony, offering a relaxing outdoor space. Smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet are available throughout the home, and bathrooms are stocked with quality amenities.

Guests staying at Roney Palace enjoy access to a wide range of resort-style amenities. These include the residence pool as well as access to the pools at 1 Hotel & Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the Anatomy Gym. Valet parking service is also available for residents and guests.

During your stay, assistance is available to help coordinate arrivals and organize additional services such as grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping arrangements, yacht charters, tours, and dining reservations.

Please note that this residence requires a minimum stay of 30 days. One valet parking space is included. The building requires a signed Florida lease and association application prior to arrival, and reservations must typically be made at least three weeks in advance to allow for approval. Additional association fees apply for applications and access fobs.

Dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning is required every six days.

This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the condominium association.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $316.25 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
