Roney Palace 1128–1129 combines generous space with a central Miami Beach location, offering approximately 1,475 square feet of comfortable living within one of the area’s well-known oceanfront buildings. With western exposure, the residence looks out toward the city skyline and captures beautiful afternoon light and sunset views.

The layout includes two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, designed to accommodate both relaxation and everyday convenience. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds, making the residence well suited for families or groups.

A full kitchen, spacious living room, and private balcony create an inviting environment for longer stays. Smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet are available throughout the home, and bathrooms are prepared with quality amenities.

Residents enjoy access to a wide range of resort-style amenities at Roney Palace. These include the building’s pool as well as access to the pools at 1 Hotel & Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy Gym. Valet parking service is also available on the property.

Support is available during your stay for arrivals, departures, and arranging services such as grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping coordination, yacht charters, tours, and dining reservations.

The property is located in the heart of Miami Beach, within walking distance of Lincoln Road and a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. Guests can easily explore the surrounding area by foot, bicycle, taxi, public transportation, or rideshare services.

All stays at the Roney Palace require a minimum stay of 30 days. One valet parking space is included. Building approval is required prior to arrival and involves a signed Florida lease, application fees, and access fees. Reservations typically must be made at least three weeks before the intended check-in date to allow time for association approval. Dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees.

This residence is privately owned and is not operated by the condominium association.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
