Roney Palace 1129 is a one-bedroom residence offering approximately 720 square feet of well-designed living space in one of Miami Beach’s most recognizable oceanfront buildings. Facing west, the residence enjoys open views of the city skyline and beautiful sunset light in the evenings.

The layout includes a separate bedroom with a king bed, one-and-a-half bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living area that opens onto a private balcony. The space is designed to feel both practical and relaxed for extended stays. Bathrooms are stocked with quality amenities, while smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet provide modern convenience throughout the home.

Residents of Roney Palace have access to a range of resort-style amenities. These include the residence pool along with access to the pools at 1 Hotel & Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy Gym. Valet parking service is available at the property, with one parking space included.

Please note that all stays at Roney Palace require a minimum stay of 30 days. Building approval is required prior to arrival and involves signing a Florida lease along with association application and access fob fees. Because of the approval process, reservations must typically be made at least three weeks before the check-in date. Dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees. This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the condominium association. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
