Roney Palace 1209 is a spacious two-bedroom residence with an additional den, offering approximately 1,480 square feet of comfortable living space in one of Miami Beach’s most sought-after oceanfront buildings. With southeastern exposure, the residence enjoys bright natural light and beautiful views of the ocean and pool area.

The thoughtfully designed layout includes two bedrooms, a den with a sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with premium Miele appliances, a living room, washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two full beds, and a full sleeper sofa, making the residence suitable for families or small groups.

The primary bathroom features spa-inspired elements such as a steam shower with body massage jets, LED Chroma therapy lighting, and a soaking bathtub. Bathrooms are stocked with high-quality toiletries and hotel-style amenities.

Inside the living area, entertainment is enhanced by a large 95-inch smart television paired with an immersive soundbar system, along with cable service and high-speed wireless internet throughout the residence.

Guests staying at Roney Palace enjoy access to a wide range of resort-style amenities. These include the residence pool along with access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy Gym. Valet parking is available in the building, with one parking space included with the residence.

Support during your stay is available for arrival coordination and arranging services such as private chefs, housekeeping assistance, grocery delivery, yacht charters, tours, event tickets, and restaurant reservations.

The property is located at the center of Miami Beach, within walking distance of Lincoln Road’s shopping and dining district. Nearby transportation options include biking, taxis, public transit, and rideshare services, making it easy to explore the surrounding neighborhoods.

Please note that Roney Palace requires a minimum stay of 30 days. All reservations require a Florida lease and condominium association approval prior to arrival, including application and access fees. Because of this process, reservations must typically be made at least three weeks before check-in. One valet parking space is included with the residence. Dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees.

This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the condominium association.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
