Roney Palace 1609 is a bright two-bedroom residence offering approximately 900 square feet of comfortable living space within one of Miami Beach’s most recognized oceanfront buildings. With southeastern exposure, the residence enjoys natural light throughout the day along with views overlooking the ocean and pool area.

The interior layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and two queen beds, making the residence well suited for families or small groups. Bathrooms are stocked with premium amenities, while smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet provide entertainment and connectivity throughout the residence.

Guests staying at Roney Palace enjoy access to a range of resort-style amenities. These include the building’s pool and additional access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the popular Anatomy Gym. Valet parking is available in the building, with one parking space included with the residence.

Assistance during your stay is available for coordinating arrivals and departures as well as arranging services such as grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping coordination, yacht charters, tours, and dining reservations.

The property is centrally located in Miami Beach, placing guests within walking distance of Lincoln Road’s shops, restaurants, and cafés. The surrounding area is easy to explore using bicycles, taxis, public transportation, or rideshare services.

Please note that Roney Palace requires a minimum stay of 30 days. All reservations require condominium association approval prior to arrival, including a signed Florida lease and application fees. Because of the approval process, bookings should generally be made at least three weeks before the intended check-in date. One valet parking space is included, and pets are not permitted in this residence.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
