Roney Palace 1632 offers a comfortable one-bedroom layout with approximately 760 square feet of living space in one of Miami Beach’s well-known oceanfront buildings. With western exposure, the residence overlooks the city skyline and enjoys warm natural light and sunset views in the evening.

Inside, the residence features a separate bedroom with a king bed along with a queen sofa bed in the living area, making it suitable for couples or small families. The layout also includes a full kitchen and a spacious living room designed for relaxing or working during longer stays. The bathroom is stocked with premium toiletries and hotel-style amenities, while smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet provide modern entertainment and connectivity.

Guests staying at Roney Palace can enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities. These include the residence’s pool and additional access to the pools at 1 Hotel & Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the renowned Anatomy Gym. Valet parking is available at the building, with one parking space included with the residence.

All stays at Roney Palace require a minimum stay of 30 days. Reservations must receive condominium association approval prior to arrival, which includes signing a Florida lease and completing the required application and access fob process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should typically be made at least three weeks before check-in. One valet parking space is included, and dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees.

This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the condominium association. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
