Roney Palace 328 is a comfortable one-bedroom residence offering approximately 760 square feet of well-designed living space within one of Miami Beach’s well-known oceanfront buildings. With western exposure, the residence overlooks the Miami skyline and enjoys warm afternoon light and sunset views.

The layout includes a separate bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living area designed for relaxing after a day at the beach. A full-size sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, suitable for one adult or two children. The bathroom is stocked with premium toiletries and hotel-style amenities, while entertainment features include televisions, Bose Alexa audio, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet.

Residents of Roney Palace have access to a wide range of resort-style amenities. These include the building’s pool as well as access to the pools at 1 Hotel & Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy Gym. Valet parking service is available at the building, with one parking space included with the residence.

Assistance during your stay is available for coordinating arrivals and arranging services such as grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping coordination, yacht charters, tours, and restaurant reservations.

The property is located in the heart of Miami Beach, placing guests within walking distance of Lincoln Road’s shops, cafés, and restaurants. Nearby transportation options include bicycles, taxis, public transportation, and rideshare services, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Please note that Roney Palace requires a minimum stay of 30 days. Reservations must receive condominium association approval prior to arrival, including signing a Florida lease and completing the required application and access fob process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should typically be made at least three weeks before the intended check-in date. One valet parking space is included, and dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
