Roney Palace 408 is a spacious two-bedroom residence offering approximately 1,230 square feet of comfortable living space within one of Miami Beach’s most recognizable oceanfront buildings. With southern exposure, the residence enjoys abundant natural light along with views overlooking the pool area and the ocean beyond.

The interior layout includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a welcoming living room that opens to a private balcony. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, providing comfortable accommodation for guests during longer stays. Bathrooms are stocked with hotel-style toiletries and amenities, while entertainment features include smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet throughout the residence.

Guests staying at Roney Palace can enjoy a variety of resort-style amenities. These include the building’s pool as well as access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, direct access to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the popular Anatomy Gym. Valet parking is available at the property, with one parking space included with the residence.

Assistance during your stay can be arranged for arrival coordination and additional services such as grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping support, yacht charters, tours, event tickets, and dining reservations.

Located in the heart of Miami Beach, the building places guests within walking distance of Lincoln Road’s shops, cafés, and restaurants. The surrounding area can easily be explored by bicycle, taxi, public transportation, or rideshare services.
Please note that all stays at Roney Palace require a minimum stay of 30 days.

Reservations must receive condominium association approval prior to arrival, including signing a Florida lease and completing the required application and access process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should generally be made at least three weeks before the intended check-in date. One valet parking space is included, and pets are not permitted in this residence.

This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the condominium association.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
