Positioned with eastern exposure, the home enjoys natural morning light along with views overlooking the pool deck and the Atlantic Ocean.

Inside, the residence is designed for comfort and functionality during extended stays. The layout includes two bedrooms with king beds, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and an open living area that connects to a private balcony.

The spacious interior allows for relaxed living, whether enjoying quiet evenings indoors or entertaining guests. Bathrooms are equipped with high-quality toiletries and hotel-style amenities, while smart televisions, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet provide modern convenience throughout the home.

Residents of Roney Palace benefit from access to a wide range of resort-style facilities. Guests may enjoy the building’s swimming pool along with additional access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beachfront, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the popular Anatomy fitness center. Valet parking is available on-site, and one parking space is included with the residence.

A dedicated guest support team can assist with arrival coordination and arranging personalized services such as grocery stocking, private chefs, housekeeping arrangements, yacht charters, guided tours, and restaurant reservations.

The property sits in the center of Miami Beach, placing guests within easy walking distance of Lincoln Road’s shopping, dining, and cafés. The area is easy to navigate using bicycles, taxis, public transportation, or rideshare services.

Please note that Roney Palace requires a minimum stay of 30 days. All reservations must be approved by the condominium association prior to arrival, which includes signing a Florida lease and completing the necessary application and access process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should generally be made at least three weeks before the intended arrival date. One valet parking space is included, and pets are not permitted in this residence.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
