Roney Palace 607608 is an expansive multi-bedroom residence offering approximately 2,460 square feet of interior living space in one of Miami Beach’s premier oceanfront buildings. Designed for larger groups or extended family stays, this residence combines two connected units into a single spacious layout with southeastern exposure and views overlooking the pool area and the Atlantic Ocean.

The residence features five sleeping areas, including two dedicated bedrooms and additional dens that can be converted into fourth and fifth sleeping spaces. In total, the layout includes four-and-a-half bathrooms, two full kitchens, two washer and dryer sets, a main living room with a minibar, and two private balconies.

Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, one twin Murphy bed, and a full-size sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. Bathrooms are stocked with premium toiletries and hotel-style amenities, while smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet provide modern comfort throughout the home.

Guests staying at Roney Palace enjoy access to a range of resort-style amenities. These include the residence pool along with access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beachfront, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy Gym. Valet parking service is available at the property, with two parking spaces included for this residence.

All reservations must receive condominium association approval prior to arrival, including signing a Florida lease and completing the required application and access fob process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should typically be made at least three weeks before the intended check-in date. Two valet parking spaces are included, and pets are not permitted in this residence.

This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the condominium association.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• Two complimentary parking spots are available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $450 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
