Roney Palace 608 is a spacious residence designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups while maintaining the relaxed atmosphere of a private oceanfront home. Offering approximately 1,230 square feet of interior living space, the residence enjoys southeastern exposure with views overlooking the pool deck and the Atlantic Ocean.

The layout includes two bedrooms along with a den that has been converted into a third sleeping area. Sleeping arrangements feature a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a twin Murphy bed in the den.

The living room also includes a full-size sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. In addition to the sleeping areas, the residence includes two bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a living area that opens to a private balcony.

The interior is designed to support comfortable long-term stays. Bathrooms are stocked with premium toiletries and hotel-style amenities, while smart televisions, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet provide everyday convenience and entertainment.

Guests staying at Roney Palace have access to a variety of resort-style facilities. These include the residence pool as well as access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy fitness center. Valet parking service is available on the property, with one parking space included for this residence.

Arrival coordination and additional services can be arranged through the guest support team. Assistance may include grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping services, yacht charters, guided tours, event tickets, and restaurant reservations.

The building is located at the heart of Miami Beach, placing guests within easy walking distance of Lincoln Road’s restaurants, shops, and cafés. The area can also be explored by bicycle, taxi, public transportation, or rideshare services.

Please note that all stays at Roney Palace require a minimum stay of 30 days. Reservations must receive condominium association approval prior to arrival, which includes signing a Florida lease and completing the required application and access process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should generally be made at least three weeks before the intended arrival date. One valet parking space is included, and pets are not permitted in this residence.

This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the condominium association.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $316.25 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
