Roney Palace 630 offers a spacious two-bedroom layout designed for extended stays in one of Miami Beach’s most recognizable oceanfront buildings. With approximately 1,360 square feet of living space, the residence provides generous interiors and a comfortable setting for longer visits to the city. Western exposure fills the home with afternoon light and presents views across the Miami Beach skyline.

The residence features two bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed, along with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen suited for everyday living. A separate living room opens to a private balcony, creating an inviting area for relaxing or entertaining. A washer and dryer are included inside the residence for added convenience.

Bathrooms are prepared with premium toiletries and hotel-style amenities, while smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet ensure modern comfort throughout the space.

Guests staying at Roney Palace can enjoy a variety of resort-style amenities within the property. These include the residence pool and additional access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, as well as direct access to 600 feet of white sandy beach. The Bamford Haybarn Spa and the popular Anatomy fitness center are also located on the property. Valet parking is available, and two parking spaces are included with this residence.

Additional support can be arranged during your stay to make planning easier. Services may include assistance with arrivals and departures, grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping, yacht charters, tours, event tickets, and restaurant reservations.

Situated in the heart of Miami Beach, the building places guests within walking distance of Lincoln Road’s shops, cafés, and restaurants. The surrounding area is easy to explore by bicycle, taxi, rideshare services, or public transportation.

Please note that all stays at Roney Palace require a minimum stay of 30 days. Reservations must be approved by the condominium association before arrival, which includes signing a Florida lease and completing the building’s application process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should generally be made at least three weeks prior to the intended arrival date. Pets may be permitted with prior approval under the condominium’s pet policy and applicable fees.

This residence is privately owned and is not operated by the condominium association.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• Two complimentary parking spots are available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $450 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
