Positioned with eastern exposure, the residence enjoys views overlooking the pool area and the Atlantic Ocean while capturing bright morning light throughout the home.

The layout includes three bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed, along with three full bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a comfortable living room provide the essentials for longer stays, while a private balcony offers a place to relax and take in the ocean-facing surroundings.

Bathrooms are stocked with premium toiletries and hotel-style amenities, and the residence includes smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet for everyday comfort and entertainment.

Guests staying at Roney Palace have access to a variety of resort-style amenities within the property. These include the residence pool along with additional access to the pools at 1 Hotel and Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy fitness center. Valet parking service is available on-site, with three parking spaces included for this residence.

Additional assistance can be arranged to enhance your stay. Services may include coordination of arrivals and departures, grocery delivery, private chefs, housekeeping, yacht charters, guided tours, event tickets, and restaurant reservations.

Located in the heart of Miami Beach, the property places guests within walking distance of Lincoln Road’s shopping, dining, and cafés. The surrounding area can also be explored by bicycle, taxi, rideshare services, or public transportation.

Please note that Roney Palace requires a minimum stay of 30 days. All reservations must receive condominium association approval prior to arrival, which includes signing a Florida lease and completing the required application and access process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should typically be made at least three weeks before the intended check-in date. Pets are not permitted in this residence.

This residence is privately owned and is not operated by the condominium association.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.
• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• Three complimentary parking spots are available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $316.25 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
