With exclusive access to two complete homes and no shared spaces, your group gets twice the kitchen, twice the living room, and twice the rooftop deck instead of fighting over one bathroom line. Home 1 holds four bedrooms, three queen rooms plus a fourth with stacked twin and queen beds, and a pull-out sofa for extra sleepers.

Floral wallpaper, a round chandelier, and a neon sign reading "This must be the place" set the tone through its hallways.

Next door, Home 2 mirrors the same four-bedroom layout, down to the stacked twin and queen room and pull-out sofa, but leans into patterned and colorful floral wallpaper, with an en-suite queen bedroom, a built-in makeup and getting-ready area, and a second neon sign, "IT WAS ALL A Dream," lining its hallway.

Spend the day exploring Broadway or East Nashville's cafes, grill out on the rooftop as the sun drops, then settle into the hot tub or around the fire pit with the skyline glowing before everyone heads back down to their own room to recharge.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
