ABOUT THIS SPACE

Attalea 204 is a beautifully finished one-bedroom condo on Sayulita's coveted North Side — quiet, elevated, and designed for guests who want more than a place to sleep.

The bedroom centers on a plush US Queen bed — five inches longer than a standard Mexican queen, so tall guests sleep fully stretched out with Egyptian cotton sheets and room-darkening shades. Built-in closet, wardrobe, and dresser let you actually unpack. Split-system AC and ceiling fan keep you comfortable year-round.

The full kitchen has a GE stainless steel gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook. Unlimited bottled water is included throughout your stay — a water dispenser in the unit plus extra jugs always stocked.

The bathroom is spa-quality: green tile feature wall, modern vanity, premium shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. There is also an outdoor shower on property for post-beach rinses.

GUEST ACCESS

Full private access to the entire condo — bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, private balcony, and in-unit laundry. Shared rooftop access includes the infinity pool (6am to 12pm), yoga mats, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and hammock.

Self check-in via keypad. Access code and welcome instructions sent in advance. The HOA requires a short intake form before arrival (link included in your welcome email). Pedro the on-site caretaker and Nubia the building cleaner are both regularly on property.

PARKING

One dedicated driveway parking space for a standard vehicle, plus a golf cart spot with electric charging. Golf cart parking is limited to 4-passenger electric carts only. Longer carts, gas carts, ATVs, and motorcycles use the lower lot. Luggage drop-off before check-in is available if arranged in advance.

This is a walkable town. You don't need a car! But many also choose to rent a golf cart to get around as well. We can provide references if needed.
