LOCATION
NatureWalk at Seagrove is a meticulously planned 155-acre resort community encircled on all sides by Point Washington State Forest. Just a mile from the white sands of the 30A beaches, NatureWalk offers nature trails, a shallow-access pool, heated lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, gas grills, fire pit, kitchenette, shower, restrooms, and a sheltered patio with various tables and chairs. Other NatureWalk amenities are available in the neighborhood, including pickleball courts & basketball half-courts. The Lily Lane nature trail also offers a secluded path down to the San Juan Beach Access. Local grocery shopping, dining, and fitness options are right around the corner at WaterColor Crossings.
BEACH ACCESS
Three access points, close to the home:
San Juan: San Juan Beach Access is located just south of Scenic 30A at the end of San Juan Street in the heart of Seagrove Beach. The easiest path to the beach is walking or riding a bike on the Lilly Lane Beach Trail to San Juan Avec and follow directly to the San Juan beach access. The trail head is just 900 ft from the home. Take a left out of the driveway of the home, turn left on to Sandgrass Blvd. Follow to Lily Ln and take a left, follow to trail head.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara is a public beach access located at Bramble Grove Place (.1 of a mile east of San Juan Beach Access). This access provides a lifeguard, parking and bathrooms as well as ADA access to the beach.
Andalusia: Andalusia Beach Access is 100 yards south of Scenic 30A at Andalusia Avenue. There is a shower and bike parking and the dune walkover has a special shady pergola with benches, sitting on a high bluff overlooking the gulf. There is no car parking.
PARKING
This home includes 2 parking spaces on the driveway in back of the home. No parking is allowed on the street (except in marked spaces). No boats, trailers or RV's are allowed in the community.
ABOUT THE AREA
Seagrove’s collection of lush oak trees, magnolias, and laid back, yet luxurious lifestyles makes it a favorite of longtime South Walton visitors. The landscape is complemented by its diverse mix of boutiques, casual cafes and an altogether upbeat ambiance.
A stay in Seagrove is full of adventure! The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove is a preferred way to get around!
In Seagrove, dining at Café Thirty-A is a tradition. This South Walton favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A. Not far to the west, on Highway 395, Seagrove Village Market is a must for succulent shrimp po-boys and good old nostalgia, having been part of the Seagrove community since 1949.
To the east, Old Florida Fish House is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. You don’t want to miss out on their renowned sushi and live music!
With plenty of shady nooks, beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Seagrove is the perfect beach community for families looking for a classic Florida vacation vibe.
Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*This home must remain pet free.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a "selfie".
