2 King bedrooms are located on the main floor (2nd floor) and share a full bathroom.

The primary suite on the top floor features a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, nightstands, smart TV, and private balcony. The spa-like en suite includes a dual-sink vanity and oversized step-in shower with two shower heads.

The fourth bedroom is also located on the top floor ideal for younger guests, offering a full-over-full bunk bed, smart TV, closet, and a roomy dresser.

Each bathroom is stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion, along with plush towels and a cosmetic cloth.

Designed for gathering, the kitchen is open to the living and dining spaces and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space.

The peninsula provides bar seating for three, while the large dining table seats eight. You’ll find the kitchen stocked with everything from cookware and utensils to dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and more.

The coffee/tea/espresso bar is a guest favorite—fully equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, and everything you need for your morning ritual.

Vaulted ceilings and sun-filled windows create a bright, open living area that’s as relaxing as it is beautiful. A plush sectional and smart TV make movie nights extra cozy.

Downstairs, your private backyard retreat includes a partially covered heated pool and spa, ping pong table, wall-mounted outdoor TV, and lounge chairs—everything you need for a laid-back afternoon.

Noise Ordinance:
Anna Maria Island enforces a strict noise ordinance to preserve the peaceful, residential nature of the island. Quiet hours are observed in the evenings and overnight. Excessive noise at any time may result in fines or immediate enforcement action by the city. This home is located in a residential area, and we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Guests will have access to all areas of the home with the exception of two owner closets located inside the home and one of the garage spaces.

Holmes Beach is a serene, close-knit coastal town nestled in the heart of Anna Maria Island. With its sugar-white sands and turquoise Gulf waters, it offers an inviting blend of tranquility and charm. Stroll to charming boutiques and art galleries in Holmes Beach, or venture a few minutes south to Pine Avenue for vibrant restaurants, markets, and waterfront dining. Paddleboard adventures, dolphin-watching boat tours, and casual bike rentals are all readily available for guests seeking island exploration.

A golf cart is the most fun way to get around the island! But, a car or bikes work as well and there is also a free trolley that runs everyday!

Heated Pool Info (November–March)
The private pool is heated to 82° during the cooler months at no extra charge. If you prefer it a little warmer, you can upgrade to 85° for a daily heating fee of $30 per day. Just let us know before your stay so we can arrange it.

Salty Shamrock is equipped with one exterior Ring camera. This camera is located at the front of the home and monitors and records motion in the driveway area only.
