Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your living room patio or the Master bedroom balcony. With this being an end unit there are additional windows that allow for extra light into the condo. This multi-level condo allows everyone to have their own space without feeling cramped.
The stairway entry goes to the 1st level where you’ll find your living room, dining room, and kitchen. Adjacent to the living room is your oceanfront patio where you can listen to the waves and enjoy the sunsets. Stroll just outside the patio and it's just a short walk to where you can enjoy the beach and all it has to offer. For your safety, there are usually lifeguards patrolling the shore in the summer months.
This beautifully appointed kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. It’s fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs with enough seating for 6 people. Just up the second stairway leads to the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The oceanfront master bedroom has a stunning view of the ocean with a King bed, private bathroom, Flat-screen TV, and hardwood floors. The second bedroom has a full and twin bed, hardwood floors. The guest bathroom can be accessed through the hall or in the bedroom.
