The second level features a master bedroom that is oceanfront with a private balcony.  Perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, by far the best view of the condo.  The master bedroom has a king bed with a private ensuite bath.  Also on this level is an additional bedroom with a King bed on the street side and a guest bath.

Travel to the third level; you will find the 3rd bedroom, which has an ocean view and bedding for a King and 2 twins.  

The condo has 4 TVs that are located in the living room, Master Bedroom, Guest bedroom, and 3rd-level bedroom for your enjoyment.  If needing to conduct business or stream, WIFI is provided.

No Bathroom is available on the main level
There is a small swimming pool on the front side of the complex
Charcoal and Gas Grilling is prohibited on the property!
No Pets
Parking is available for 3 small or 2 large automobiles in the driveway
No Parking is allowed on the Grass!
