House Rules Required
~We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $70 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
~This property sits atop a 4 line mountain highway, during busy times you may be able to hear traffic.
~Bear Country: Please don’t leave food or trash outside or in your car. Use the provided bear-proof bins.
~Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. We value our peaceful neighborhood. -Outdoor cameras monitor the driveway and entry only. A Minut noise sensor tracks sound levels only (no audio or video). Excessive noise or parties may result in cancellation without refund.
~Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD recommended in snowy months. The driveway and walkways are plowed for snowfalls over 3”. A shovel and salt are available for light snow.
~We are on septic, only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet (no feminine products or baby wipes), and food scraps must go in the trash instead of the disposal.
~ Due to the possibility of high winds and the safety of all guest(s), secure the hot tub cover after use. Guest may be held liable for damages if the hot tub cover blows into the house.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras monitor the driveway and entry only

Type of Cooling for the Home
A Nest thermostat is located on the lower wall by the bedrooms. Press on the bottom of the Nest to change the mode between heat or A/C. When your correct mode is chosen, press the Nest again to get to temperature mode. Turning the dial clockwise will raise the set temperature, while counter-clockwise will lower it. Alternatively, you can set the mode to Heat/Cool, and the temperature will be kept within the range that you select.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Sauna: Press and hold the power button to turn on the sauna until the lights turn on. Then press the "work" button to start the sauna. The temperature can be adjusted up or down with the top arrows (it will take up to 20 minutes to heat fully). The time the sauna runs can be adjusted with the bottom arrows (max 90 minutes). The light can be turned on/off with the light bulb button. The colors of the lights can be changed with the remote control located on the side table next to the sauna. The sauna also has Bluetooth to listen to a podcast or enjoy your favorite music while relaxing!
