Alex at Bijou getaways was the best host! He was patient and kind. The property was cute and has a great view. It feels like your own private paradise. It’s very well appointed. The pictures are very accurate. The deck is amazing and there are a couple of sitting areas that are comfortable. The sheets were super soft. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were awesome and there were lots of them! There is a grocery store and plenty of great restaurants practically across the street. I’ve never had a host that was as amicable and friendly as Alex and his team at Bijou getaways. This is a unique property close to everything. It’s such a gem and knowing we had the support and attention of the host gave us great peace of mind. I would stay with bijou getaways again in the future. If you want an attentive and thoughtful host, this is your place.

This is a GREAT place. Very clean with modern appliances and furniture. Much more spacious than expected with a beautiful view. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Cruz Bay. Downhill and easy getting to Cruz Bay; uphill coming back. If you have physical limitations, you would want to have a car. Otherwise, you could easily stay there without renting a car and have easy access to the taxis at Cruz Bay, which is the easiest way to get around the island without having to worry about parking. Would definitely stay here again!

The deck at this rental is amazing!!!! The common area is so spacious and the views and breezes when the fans are running are wonderful. We spent so much time in the living room and out on the deck, which is rare for us because we are usually out and about, but it was such a nice spot. Beds are comfortable and having air conditioning in the bedrooms is nice for warmer days. Overall it’s a very authentic St. John house in a convenient location.
