Quaint neighborhood just 5 mins from New Buffalo town and the beach. We are on 1.6 acres and next to a ravine, making it super peaceful

Parking Notes:

The property comfortably fits 7 cars with room to drive in and out: 3 in the driveway and 3 on the dirt area at the bottom of the driveway. EV charger

If needed, you can park up to 5 additional cars on the driveway (12 total), but this will block other vehicles from getting in and out

Do not park on the street — township rules prohibit it, and neighbors may call me or local authorities.

Do not park on the grass — it damages the lawn, and guests may be charged for repairs.
