Authentic Texas Country LivingOur ranch sits on 27 natural acres in the heart of Texas. Despite regular professional pest control, occasional insects, wildlife, and the natural sights and sounds of country living are part of the ranch experience.
Our pond aerator operates to help maintain the health of the pond and fish and may be heard from portions of the property.
We intentionally preserve the property’s natural grasses, mature trees, pond, and rural landscape to maintain its authentic Texas ranch character rather than a manicured resort setting.
Water & UtilitiesThe home is supplied by a private well with a water softening system, providing clean, fresh water throughout your stay.
The property also operates on a private septic system. Please flush only toilet paper and avoid disposing of wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, or other non-flushable items.
SafetyExterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety and property security.
There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
Children should always be supervised outdoors, especially near the pond and throughout the property due to natural terrain.
