Welcome to 'Sea Breeze', a thoughtfully designed Seacrest Beach retreat. Ideally located along scenic Highway 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, this refreshed studio places you right in the center of one of the area’s most desirable and walkable coastal communities.
Inside, you’ll find all-new furnishings, light coastal finishes, and an airy open layout that feels both relaxed and refined. The studio comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a plush king bed along with a built-in twin-over-twin bunk, perfect for couples, small families, or a weekend getaway with friends.
Enjoy easy access to the private, deeded beach entry, so you can be on the sugar-white sand and soaking in the emerald Gulf waters within minutes. Back at the community, take advantage of resort-style amenities including two pools, a hot tub, and a shared grilling area that’s perfect for laid-back evenings.
Sea Breeze truly shines when it comes to location. A short stroll leads you to the picturesque streets of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, where you’ll discover popular restaurants, boutique shops, and charming gathering spaces. Just steps away, Peddlers Pavilion offers local dining, shopping, and entertainment, giving you plenty to enjoy right outside your door.
Whether you’re spending your days at the beach, cruising along 30A on the two complimentary adult bikes, or simply unwinding in a peaceful coastal setting, Sea Breeze offers an easy, comfortable escape designed for making lasting memories.
STUDIO CONDO
Professionally decorated condo with luxurious touches create a relaxing atmosphere.
Smart TV allows guests to wind down and watch a movie after a long day at the beach.
Kitchenette comes complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and mini refrigerator/freezer- making it easy to make a delicious breakfast, heat up leftovers or pick up a dinner from downstairs and stay in.
Studio comes with the use of two backpack style beach chairs that guests are welcome to take to the beach, as well as beach towels!

NEARBY BEACH ACCESS
-Seacrest Beach (0.25 mile west of Condo) is a deeded beach access. Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). This is a monitored, private access where guests 13 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
-Inlet Beach (1.3 mile east of Condo). Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign the road will T, turn right or left to park. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area; this beach is also monitored by lifeguards in the high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are located near the public beach access, as well.
TRAM INFO
Free beach tram is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March 1st– October 31st from 9am CST through 5:30pm CST. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. PLEASE NOTE: The tram does not operate during inclement weather. Must call: 850-259-6005 for pick-up.
HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary bikes (2) provided. Waiver must be completed for bike lock code.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Amenity Wristbands: In the condo in the kitchen area, you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, & the pool at The Village. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing wristband).
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
