The Space: The house was absolutely amazing and spotlessly clean when we arrived. If you love to cook, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, it was fantastic, and the host provided plenty of floats for us to kick back and relax. The Location: Perfect spot! It’s just a short distance from tons of great restaurants, bars, and activities. The Host: The host was incredibly friendly and highly responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions were simple and clear, and they even sent over a great list of local recommendations and things to do. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

Beds were very comfortable. Casey was very responsive when we messaged. Even got toilet paper over nighted to us. House is beautiful. Location is walkable to downtown Cape Coral. The pool was amazing and even had pool floats for us to use. 10/10

Casey’s Cape Coral Airbnb significantly exceeded my expectations tenfold. Our group had 10 adults traveling in from across the northeast for an annual golf trip - this rental had more than enough room for our group to spread out amongst ourselves and feel right at home. The pool was extremely clean and was an added bonus for our stay! The dock over the canal out back made for relaxing mornings catching the sunrise while sipping a coffee and/or throwing a line in the water. Aside from the rental itself, the host was incredibly responsive to my questions leading up to our stay and also during. The surrounding area [within 2 sq. miles] had a handful of good food/bar options, but the #1 selling point for the rental was its centralized location to Fort Myers Beach, downtown, the River District, and its close proximity to beautiful country clubs. 10/10 would rent again, thank you Casey for sharing your property and for your very generous hospitality! :)
