Guests have access to the entire home! You can park in the driveway or pull into the 2 car garage to keep your vehicle out of the weather. You can easily park up to 4 cars during your stay!

After booking, you will receive a key code for the front door for an easy breezy check in process!

Please note the following:

1. We created our Outdoor Paradise in order for you to have an incredible experience during your stay! We do ask that you always cover the furniture when you are done using it, as well as the hot tub! This keeps our furniture nice and neat for all our guests.

2. If you use the BBQ or firepit we ask that you make sure that the fire is fully extinguished and that you put the covers back on the BBQ + firepit before you head back inside. Always remember to turn the propane tank OFF when you are done using the BBQ or firepit. Safety is our #1 priority and we hope future guests can enjoy it as much as you.

3. Cornhole and the life sized Jenga games are found downstairs by the garage! We ask that you put the games back in the same spot so that future guests can enjoy them. Please do not leave them outside– the weather could ruin them!

4. Please treat our kayaks and bicycles with love and respect. Please rinse them off with our outdoor hose and place them back in the storage area!

5. No keys to lose or to return- woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book!

6. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors.

Our Policies:

NO PETS ON FURNITURE: We know you love your animals, but we kindly ask that you keep them off of our furniture to prevent any damage whether that be scents, stains or hair.

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
