Limber Pines is located in the beautiful valley town of Green Mountain Falls.
To be able to accommodate more families, we have the capacity to sleep six. We offer two chairs which fold into beds in the loft for adventure sleeping. Please keep in mind these are smaller than twin size. We provide a baby gate and comfortable bedding to make it a kid friendly sleeping area!
Please note that this quaint cabin is sitting at the top of 40 steps. This is part of mountain living and beautiful views!
We also have a security camera facing both the front and back doors to monitor traffic. Both are outside and will be on during your stay.
If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire. We would need to hire an additional cleaner.
We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- To protect the wildlife in Green Mountain Falls, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside.
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.
Pet Fees:
-- One night stay is $75
-- 2-7 night stay is $150
-- 8+ nights is $250
-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.
We provide keyless access and you will receive the code two days prior to your stay.
Green Mountain Falls is a small mountain town community with a lot of history. It features a small fishing pond in the city center close to three restaurants. Many trail heads speckle the mountainside. Close to Colorado Springs and Woodland park for convenience, but tucked away to feel like you are walking back in time to a quiet mountain experience.
The cabin is located in the mountains. Although it is close to downtown Woodland Park, it is very hard to find an Uber or Lyft for transportation. We highly suggest renting a car.
Notes to take into account:
--October-May we can have snow storms. Please be aware you may need 4-wheel drive. Check the weather for Green Mountain Falls as it can be very different from Colorado Springs.
--We are also in a forest fire area, so fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use certain fire features or our grill. We will try to let you know during your stay if there is high fire danger and what cannot be used.
--Limber Pines doesn't have A/C, but at this elevation you don't need it! It stays much cooler at 7,800 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable.
--Events are welcome! Please inquire for more details before booking.
