Five bedrooms, a heated pool, hot tub, and red rock views framing every window — this Sedona home offers 14 guests a comfortable base for both exploring the canyon country and staying in entirely.
ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The home greets you with expansive windows that frame the surrounding red rock landscape — the kind of view that earns its own moment before you've even put your bags down. An open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas naturally, keeping the group together without crowding any one space.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room centers around a 60" smart TV, a sleeper sofa, and an indoor fireplace that makes the room feel settled and warm when the Sedona evenings cool down. The open concept flows directly into the kitchen and dining area, so the group stays connected whether someone's cooking or just relaxing.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked for real use — high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and a large island with bar seating that makes it easy to gather around. Both a Keurig and drip coffee maker are on hand for however the morning starts.
THE SUITES
The home offers five bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests.
Bedroom 1: King bed, smart TV, direct outdoor access, ensuite bathroom with standalone soaking tub and walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV, closet
Bedroom 3: King bed, smart TV, closet
Bedroom 4: Four single beds, modernized lighting
Bedroom 5: Queen bed, smart TV, full bathroom nearby
The primary suite is worth noting — a standalone soaking tub and walk-in shower in a private ensuite, with a door that opens directly to the outdoors.
ENTERTAINMENT
The game room is genuinely stocked — pool table, ping pong, bowling shuffleboard, basketball arcade, Connect 4, Jenga, and board games, all in one dedicated space. It's the kind of room that fills itself.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The backyard offers a heated pool and hot tub alongside a BBQ grill, outdoor patio dining, and ample seating — all set against the red rock backdrop that makes Sedona what it is. The pool can be heated between October and May for an additional fee, turning an already compelling outdoor space into a year-round destination.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
Sedona's most iconic stops are close — Slide Rock State Park, Bell Rock, the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and Red Rock State Park are all within easy reach. Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village is worth an afternoon, and Elote Cafe and Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill are local favorites for dinner.
