This is a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home with three luxurious Birch and Avocado Organic King and wool/latex hybrid mattresses (the same ones we use at home :) and your choice of 2 twin beds or a split king in the fourth bedroom.
There are two attached but separate spaces for larger groups where a couple or family wants some privacy from the main space:
Studio: Studio with king bed, private outdoor sauna, outdoor shower clawfoot soaking tub with view of cathedral rock, fire pit, grill, dining area, well-equipped full kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
I like staying in the studio when I visit :)
Main House: 3 Bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, two king beds plus a 2x twin/split king depending on if you're traveling with kids or couples. The living room has an epic view of cathedral rock, a 75" TV with netflix, full kitchen, beautiful clawfoot soaking tub, a smaller bathtub for kids. The outdoor space includes a hot tub, dining area for 6+ people, outdoor lounge space, and weight lifting equipment to stay fit.
I personally chose art from all my favorite artists and traditional styles: Najavo sand paintings from local artists, traditional yarn paintings from Huichol and Wixarika medicine carriers, and contemporary visionary artists like Autumn Skye.
My absolute favorite part is the outdoor space, though. There is a beautifully landscaped outdoor area for sunset dinners, hot tub under the stars, and weight equipment to stay fit on vacation.
This is a combined listing for the full property with a separate studio and main house for larger groups; if you'd like to book the spaces separately, you can click on our profile and look for the other listings.
You have access to the full property with two separate living areas, large back yard, private studio and patio area, and parking for 7+ cars if needed.
If you want to book a smaller space, click on our profile for separate listing for the studio (Sedona Oasis) or just the main house (Sedona Sanctuary).
For the main house, the door code will be sent via Airbnb app automatically (last four digit of your phone #), and the door has a electronic number pad to enter the house. The studio has a padlock in the front with a physical key; the code will also be sent via the Airbnb app, and should be the same for both locks.

Nature is the star at this home is in the heart of Sedona. Being able to walk from the house to Cathedral Rock, Red Rock Crossing and Crescent Moon Ranch, and Oak Creek without having to drive and park makes this the best location in Sedona. We always walk ~5 minutes to the Secret Slick Rock to watch the sunset. (Secret Slick Rock is also where Beyonce filmed her music video "Spirit" with epic views of Cathedral Rock, where everyone goes to get married :)
We are outside of the bustle of town, but it's only a 13 minute drive to Whole Foods, 11 Minutes to our favorite cafe Chocola Tree, and minutes from epic swimming holes like Chavez Crossing.
Hiking and Nature:
Cathedral Rock is an hour hike (one way) (best hike in Sedona!)
Secret Slick Rock is 5-10min walk (or can park at trailhead for short walk access)
Crescent Moon ranch is .5 miles (walk or short drive) for visiting Buddha Beach, having a family picnic, and walking by the river,
Chavez Crossing is 1.4 miles (short drive) for epic swimming holes
West Fork Oak Creek Trail (32 min)
Town Recommendations:
Whole Foods is 11min away driving
Tlaquepaque (art and shops) 14min
ChocolaTree Organic Eatery (best for cacao drinks) 11min
Sedona Artist Market - 10 min
Sedona Sanctuary has been the destination for some of the most magical experiences in our lives.
You can take a private walking trail to swim in Oak Creek, take sunset photos on Secret Slick Rock, and experience the profound energy atop Cathedral Rock. This is truly the best location in Sedona.
