Located in the tranquil and picturesque West Bay area, this condo complex, which hit the vacation rental market in January 2023, offers an escape away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile, enabling visitors to relax in the charms the property has to offer and the old-world feel of the region.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - to 7-minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.
Your sweeping view is of Seven Mile Beach from the pool deck and your condo balcony. Minutes away, enjoy snorkelling at Cemetery Beach, relax on beach chairs at Governors Beach, and have lunch at Tillie’s.

• PLEASE NOTE: This is a second floor unit with open stairs; for safety, the minimum age for children is 5 years old.

• Each of the five residences in Seven Mile View has its own unique design and layout, all using top of the line materials.

• Fully equipped kitchen with large Sub Zero refrigerator, stove, drip coffee maker, microwave, and a BBQ grill for casual cookouts.
• Comfortable living area with HDTV, cable, and high speed Wi Fi for work or streaming.
• All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided so you can pack light.
LAUNDRY & HOUSEKEEPING
• Guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex.
• Linens and towels can be changed out by your housekeeper upon request.

Your stay includes a helpful starter pack so you’re set from day one:
• Kitchen essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters.
• Home essentials: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board.
• Towels, bed linens, and beach towels are all included.

• Oceanfront complex with a shared oceanfront swimming pool for a refreshing dip or lounging with sea views.
• Approximately a 1 minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach.
• About a 5–7 minute walk (around ½ mile) or quick 2 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach, known for excellent snorkeling and sunsets.
• Each unit includes two lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella so you’re ready for beach time anytime.
DINING & LOCATION – SEVEN MILE VIEW, WEST BAY
Seven Mile View sits in a quiet pocket of West Bay, close to the water and just a short hop from Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, grocery stores, and neighborhoods like Governor’s Harbour and Crystal Harbour. It’s a great base if you want easy access to restaurants without being right in the busiest strip.
WALKING-DISTANCE OPTIONS
From Seven Mile View you can stroll to several laid back local favorites:
• Alfresco Restaurant – About 2–3 minutes on foot, directly across the road; casual beachfront spot for Caymanian and international dishes with sunset views.
• Heritage Kitchen – Roughly 8–10 minutes’ walk; simple, rustic, and very local, known for fresh fish right by the sea.
(If you want to keep this West Bay–only, you can stop here. If you’d like, I can also add “walkable with a longer stroll” options for spots like Macabuca and Cracked Conch.)
SHORT DRIVE – WEST BAY & SEVEN MILE BEACH
A quick 5–10 minute drive opens up a big range of dining choices along the Seven Mile Beach corridor and at Camana Bay:

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Public transportation is a short walk away, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.
ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
• Second-floor unit. Due to the open internal stairs at this condo, for your safety, the minimum age for children is 5 years old.
• One reserved parking space is provided.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.
