"Bella Plage" Condo 1028 is professionally managed by Azure-Properties and is located on the 10th floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a same floor reserved parking spot. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $105 registration fee paid to the resort upon arrival for 2 parking passes & 10 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

2 ) Are beach Chairs, beach towels, or beach toys included?
Beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.

*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
