Sierra Bonita offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms across two levels of the main house, plus a fully independent detached guest house with its own bedroom and bathroom, five bedrooms and six bathrooms in total. The separation between the main house and guest house makes the property well-suited for groups that want distinct spaces — families traveling with additional guests, or parties who prefer a degree of privacy from one another.

Yes. The rear of the property features a private pool and spa alongside a semi-enclosed patio. The full lot extends, providing room to move between sun and shade, and the hillside setting adds a degree of natural privacy to the outdoor area.

GUEST PRIVACY & PROPERTY GUIDELINES
To maintain the estate’s premier standards, we may occasionally require access for viewings by prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. We provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to any entry and will always endeavor to coordinate a time that works best for your schedule whenever possible.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that the home be kept in a tidy condition and that all personal belongings and valuables be secured before any scheduled maintenance or showings. Depending on the nature of the visit, you may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
The master bathroom and backhouse bathroom are designed as part of the open layout of their respective rooms and do not have privacy doors.
Pool and spa lights are not functioning at this time.
Guests are kindly asked not to use the garbage disposal.
To help maintain the home's plumbing system, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other items.
For alarm system access, please refer to the slide titled "Heating & Cooling."
The primary bathroom features a steam shower. Please allow 10–15 minutes for the steam to activate after turning it on.
This home does not include an outdoor audio system.
There is minor construction activity nearby. While we do our best to minimize any impact, guests may occasionally hear some noise during construction hours.
