Unit 271 is the hub: a sofa and armchair face the wood-burning fireplace, cherry wood furnishings set a relaxed mood, and windows frame the driving range and the mountains beyond. White cabinetry and full-size appliances line the galley kitchen, with a dining table just beyond. The king master opens to the patios through sliding glass doors. Unit 272 is its own studio retreat — mini-fridge, coffee station, dining nook — for a second couple that wants independence without leaving the property.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Unit 271 brings two patios: an open one off the living room and master with driving-range and mountain views, and a fully enclosed one that works as a private outdoor room. Unit 272 adds its own west-facing patio for sunset pours. The community pool sits steps away, and walking trails wind through the Silverado grounds.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Two king bedrooms — one per unit — each with cherry wood furniture, TV, and a full bathroom. Unit 271's master opens to the patio through sliding glass doors. Wall-mounted AC keeps both comfortable. Sleeps 4.

The community pool near your condo is open year-round and included in your stay. It is heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day and unheated the rest of the year. These privately-owned condos sit in the interior of Silverado Resort — Unit 271 looks out at the driving range — and are managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. On-site restaurants, the market, and shops are open to all. The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away. The spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change. Both units stay cool thanks to bedroom air conditioning and cross-ventilation from the patios. Shared coin-operated laundry is near the community pool.
