Closest building to ski lift in Telluride!! You will love this refreshed luxury condo - ski in/out, on the river trail and a 5 minute walk to just about everything - if tired or don't feel like walking, the shuttle comes every 10-20 minutes stopping right outside the door. The shared hot tub directly overlooking the slopes is the best way to end a day out. In the summer, you are right on the river trail, center of everything but have privacy of being on the edge of this 10 block town.
Two ensuite bedrooms on the main level each sleep a couple comfortably. Above, the mezzanine provides additional sleeping - note that access is via a steep ladder-style staircase, which works well for adults and older kids but is not suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. The private balcony sits off the living area and looks toward the ski runs. You will love it! The living room has a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
