This remodeled craftsman home features water views from almost every room of the house! Three separate balconies, including a private balcony off the primary suite with sit-down water views.
Upstairs includes one large open living space surrounded with windows and panoramic views of the bay, ocean, downtown skyline, mountains and Mexico.
Private saltwater pool that can be heated upon request. Outdoor patio dining area with Weber gas BBQ grill and sitting area with downtown and water views. A 3rd bathroom is down by the pool off the laundry room.
Very walkable - only 4 blocks to the water and restaurants/shops. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
Pool heat: There is no additional charge to heat the pool May through October, but we do not turn it on by default and you must notify us in advance if you are requesting pool heat. We charge a pool heat fee for bookings between November through April to heat the pool to 80 degrees. The fee is $650 for the first 3 nights then $80 per each additional day of your booking. We need at least 3 days notice before your check in if you'd like pool heat.

Guests will have access to the whole house except the basement storage area. Guests may use the 1+ car detached garage for parking as well (SUVs or large vehicles will not fit and exceed the weight limit of the garage floor).

This vintage house is located high on a hill on a safe, quiet street. Ideal for families. The waterfront is only four blocks from the house, with restaurants and coffee shops within a short walking distance. It's only a few miles to the Zoo, Sea World, and downtown. A quick 2 mile drive over the hill to Ocean Beach.
