With 15 total bedrooms across the property’s multiple buildings (GRAND VILLA bunk suite, four casitas, and 10 private-entry motel-style suites), the resort comfortably sleeps up to 45 guests - ideal for celebrations, corporate retreats, and multi-generational gatherings. RESORT POOL + PATIO: The RESORT POOL + PATIO is truly unforgettable and will have you feeling like you've rented out a private hotel all to yourself! A covered patio offers comfortable seating and leads out to the waterpark-style pool complete with a beach-entry wading area, pink waterslide, and rope swing. Behind the pool is a swim-in grotto area (perfect for small children!) and palapa with lounge seating. Sun lounge chairs and tables (which double as coolers!) line the pool. The outdoor kitchen includes an 85” TV, surround sound system, wrap-around bar with seating, pull-out drawer refrigerators, kegerator, sink, and griddle. The kitchen extends to a large deck overlooking the property grounds - complete with an outdoor living area, spacious outdoor dining table, cocktail tables, and a fire pit area. A pool bathroom is conveniently located under the covered patio.

GRAND VILLA: The GRAND VILLA serves as the heart of the property, featuring a large-scale entertainment hall packed with amenities. From the 10-person lit poker table, Brunswick Anniversary Collection Circa 1945 Pool Table, authentic blackjack table from the floor at Wynn-Encore Las Vegas, 160” projector with comfortable seating, and multiple lounge areas with built-in surround sound, there's something here for everyone! A designer bar anchors the space with a 17 ft bar, high-top seating, coffee bar, and expansive windows overlooking the pool - perfect for everything from morning coffee to late-night cocktails.

GLAM SPACE: Inside, a dedicated glam space connects the GRAND VILLA's entertainment hall to the spacious bunk suite. With a large makeup vanity (seating for four), laundry facilities, three full bathrooms, and a half bath, this makes the property ideal for wedding groups and girl’s trips!

GRAND VILLA BUNK SUITE: The GRAND VILLA's spacious bunk suite sleeps up to 12 and is designed for both comfort and privacy. On one side of the suite are four nooks (two main level, two lofted) - each with a King bed. On the other side of the suite is a custom, three-story Twin XL bunk bed, and an additional Twin XL nook above the clothing storage area. Each sleeping area is fitted with privacy curtains.

DINING HALL + SUITES 9 & 10: Just off the pool, the DINING HALL is the property’s central gathering space, featuring a full chef’s kitchen, high-end appliances, and seating for 43+ across two large tables, booths, and island seating. Half bath included. INN SUITES 9 & 10 are attached here, each offering a private entrance, King bed, and ensuite bath - steps from the pool and main spaces.

CASITAS + HOT TUB: The resort offers 4 casitas in addition to the GRAND VILLA bunk suite and INN SUITES. Each casita features a unique layout with an ensuite bath. CASITA 1, 3, and 4 each feature a kitchenette.

CASITA 4, the largest and closest casita to the pool, features a private entrance, open living/dining area with kitchenette, a bedroom with two Queen beds, and an ensuite bath. Located just steps from the dining hall.

Natural steps lead you from the pool and fire pit area down to CASITA 3 - which includes a private patio, kitchenette, two King beds (each with Twin trundle), and ensuite bath with laundry. Nearby, the hot tub offers a perfect spot to unwind under the Texas sky.

Further down the property, CASITA 1 offers a King bed, kitchenette, private patio, and ensuite bath with laundry, while CASITA 2 includes a flexible bunk-style setup (Full-over-Full + Twin daybed) and ensuite bath. Please note that CASITA 2’s bunk bed also offers a Twin trundle but, due to limited space, it’s only suitable for toddler-aged children.

INN SUITES BUILDING (1–8): A short walk leads to a more private section of the property with the INN SUITES building and plunge pool. This building includes a sweeping covered deck overlooking the Texas hill country, a second full kitchen, two laundry machines, and eight motel-style efficiency suites - each with a King bed and private entrance. Select suites can connect, offering flexibility for groups and families. Six suites feature ensuite baths, while two share the INN SUITES building hallway bathroom.

PLUNGE POOL: Next to the INN SUITES building is a plunge pool (converted cistern!) approximately 5ft deep. This provides additional space to cool off away from the main pool.

PROPERTY GROUNDS: Please note that the Dripping Springs Social Resort sits on 10-acres with buildings peppered throughout an upper tier and middle tier - which requires low to moderate endurance walks or short drives to access. The lower tier consists of natural grounds, including a wet weather creek, accessible only on foot requiring moderate to high level hiking skills.

PARKING DIRECTIONS: Entering the cul-de-sac, pull straight ahead to the driveway. Take the RIGHT driveway for the GRAND VILLA + BUNK ROOM, RESORT POOL, DINING HALL, CASITA 4, and SUITES 9 + 10. Follow the MIDDLE driveway straight down to CASITA 3 and the HOT TUB. Follow the MIDDLE driveway and veer LEFT for INN SUITES 1-8, PLUNGE POOL, CASITA 1, and CASITA 2.

Housekeeping, maintenance and regular inspection services are conducted by our in-house teams under strict standards. Every home we manage is stocked with essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, paper products, etc.), hotel-quality linens + towels, and kitchen basics (pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, etc.). Each reservation includes a cleaning fee and applicable taxes (in accordance with local/state tax rules). We'll send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival and our Concierge Team is available 24/7 with live help should you need it.
