The first floor features a convenient queen bedroom and another room with a double and a single bed, sharing a bathroom. Upstairs, indulge in the restful master king bed suite, another queen bed suite, and the 5th bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom.

Unit needs some attention. Sectional is not connected together and is about 8 individual pieces. It also slides on the floor which is a safety concern for our toddler who doesn’t always sit in the middle causing him to fall into the crack. Area rug is filthy. Curtains are stained and wrinkled. All pots are Teflon coated with deep scratches and we were afraid to use them, no working can opener. The beds linens are a little weird with a fitted sheet, comforter next and sheet on top. The queen bed in the bedroom downstairs was hard as a rock. The other beds were comfy. The pool was nice but tiny. Found two roaches inside. WIFI connectivity was off and on. As I reported things, the host Maria was quick to respond stating someone would be out but no one ever came to address our concerns. We were still able to enjoy our 12 days in FL. Storeylake is a great gated community.. pools and playground were fantastic. Could be a great unit with some attention.

I really wanted to love this place. We were so excited when we found this home. The pictures were plentiful. The home was in pristine condition, which is something we really value. Unfortunately, it wasn’t our experience. We arrived 15 minutes early as were asked to wait outside until 4pm per our check-in. Not very accommodating, but understandable. When I walked in the cleaners were still there with their young child. The home was not clean. We found hair in all of the beds, one of the beds were broken, and grime everywhere. We spent almost $75 in cleaning supplies to deep clean the home ourselves before we discovered that the balcony door to the pool didn’t lock. At that point, I called management, and they sent someone out. They fixed the bed and door vacuumed and left. We were so uncomfortable the entire stay. The showers are TINY and mildewy. And it was cold this week, the lower room and rear upstairs room didn’t heat well. Place doesn’t look like the pics. Choose somewhere else.

Belle et grande maison où nous avons séjourné pendant 3 jours. La maison était bien située à proximité de tous les services, à 25 minutes des parcs Disney et dans un quartier très tranquille et sécuritaire.
