DOCK & WATER GEAR NOTICE
Guests are welcome to enjoy the canal front setting, but please note there is no ladder or steps on the dock. This means getting a paddleboard or other gear up from the water onto the dock can be challenging and may require good balance and strength. Most of the time the canal is calm for paddling, with occasional boat traffic passing through. Paddleboarding or using any watercraft from the dock is strictly at your own risk, and the owner/management cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

• The world famous Seven Mile Beach is roughly a 15 minute walk or about a 5 minute drive away (depending on traffic and exact beach access point).
• Camana Bay, with its shops, cinema, restaurants, and waterfront promenade, is about a 15–20 minute walk or 5–7 minute drive.
• A car is recommended for maximum flexibility, but guests who enjoy walking will appreciate being able to reach many restaurants, bars, and beach spots on foot.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
