ID verification and a security deposit are required. We utilize Enso Connect (compliant with Airbnb's new policy update) to verify guests and collect payments for pre-authorized security deposits, which are $500 for this property.

Furniture should not be rearranged, dishes should be washed, and trash should be placed in bins on the side of the house and moved to the end of the driveway with wheels away from the street on Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.
