Pool: Pool heating is available for $200/day from May 1 to October 1 and $300/day the rest of the year. Please let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet applies. This fee covers extra cleaning to ensure the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after during your stay.

House Rules: Please treat the home with respect. No smoking is allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please dispose of trash and recycling properly. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for longer stays.

Early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability, must be approved in writing in advance, and are charged at 50% of the nightly rate.

Guest Check In Form: After booking you will receive a link to our Guest App. Before arrival, the main guest completes a short check in form with their full name, email, phone, date of birth, a photo of a government ID (passport, ID card or driver's license), and an electronic signature on our rental agreement. Check in instructions and access details are sent only once the form is complete.
