Inside, sun-washed rooms and a split floor plan give everyone room to spread out, and the standout kitchen doubles as a sunroom, filling the space with natural light for that easy indoor-outdoor feel.

• Bedroom 2: King bed, smart TV
• Bedroom 3: King bed, smart TV
• Bedroom 4: Queen-over-queen bunk, smart TV, plush seating

Out back is where this place really shines: a sparkling pool with loungers and a daybed, two pickleball courts plus a basketball hoop, a fire pit, an outdoor bar and built-in grill, and even a mini soccer field, bocce, and putting green for the kids (and the kids at heart). There's an air-conditioned game room too, stocked with a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games!
