Have it all within The Walter Reed Mansion Penthouse culminating location, luxury, history all together. Originally constructed in 1910 to serve officers and their families associated with the nearby military hospital, The Mansion's grand structure has stood for 125 years and now has been completely modernized for its next generation of life. The best of all worlds - a luxurious penthouse that lives like a house in the sky spanning over 2 levels and nearly 3,000 sq ft with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
All finishes, systems, and structural elements have been updated with the best from windows, flooring, kitchen/bathrooms, HVAC, and electrical to name a few. The kitchen blends function with high end design from the Miele appliances (which includes a built-in coffee machine), to the stunning cabinetry that is completed with porcelain counters imported from Spain. This level is finished out with glass wine display showpiece, an eat-in banquet in the kitchen, a large living room, dining room, office, half bathroom, laundry, and a primary suite with a king size bed, custom built walk-in closet, completed with a spa-like ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and two person shower.
On the upper bedroom level, there are 4 or 3 bedrooms depending on your use, 2 full bathrooms, and ample storage. Please note that the pictures do not reflect the most up to date changes to the space.

The Parks neighborhood within the Walter Reed Campus features an array of amenities, including 20 acres of public common areas, the Whole Foods, Marketplace, the Parks playground, Charmery Ice Cream, and many others!
You will have acess to the entire residential portion of the mansion, which includes the upper 2 floors plus the mudroom entrance on the main level.

No Smoking: No smoking inside the property to keep it fresh and clean. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including marijuana, cigarettes, and vaping. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.
Pets: Not allowed. Unauthorized Pets will incur $250.
No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $1,000.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM in all common areas and inside the unit. We kindly ask that TV and music volumes be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
Please note that unauthorized Early check in/late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
