The private screened lanai and spacious pool deck with outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the Florida weather. The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
