Built in 1979, the home features wood beam ceilings and vaulted ceilings that add warmth and character throughout. Perfect for groups and families, the chalet offers multiple living areas, comfortable bedrooms across all levels, and inviting outdoor spaces.
When you enter the home, you step down into the main level, a large living room that flows seamlessly into the dining room with expansive glass windows and the full kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with laundry during longer stays. This main level also includes a half bath and the primary suite with a king bed, Roku TV with Cable TV (Spectrum), and a private en-suite bath.
The lower level provides a spacious second living room with a huge sectional couch, a Sony TV with Roku and Cable TV (Spectrum), a foosball table, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a full bed, and another with two twin beds.
The upper level has three additional bedrooms: a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twin beds.
The chalet’s outdoor living areas are equally impressive. The lower patio, accessible from the basement or steps leading down from the driveway, is covered and protected from the rain, and features a Weber propane gas grill and a gas firepit arranged with two Adirondack chairs and an L-shaped bench for gatherings. The upper deck, accessible from the main floor through sliding doors, offers a dining table, sectional seating, and a Weber natural gas grill. At night, string lights turn on automatically at dusk, giving the space a warm and inviting glow. Guests also have use of the garage, which provides convenient gear storage and an extra refrigerator, perfect for larger groups and extended stays.
