The Living Space:
Upstairs living room features a gas-log fireplace, a mounted flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and a dedicated workspace - so you can relax by the fire, stream shows with the group, or get work done without leaving the main gathering area. The seating and layout make it easy to gather after a day in Asheville, and because it sits adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms, it’s a natural spot for evening hangouts or quiet work time.

Floor-by-floor layout for easy planning: Upstairs has three bedrooms (the king primary with an ensuite, plus a second king and a queen), the main living room with fireplace and workspace, and shared access to the bathrooms. Downstairs has two bedrooms (a king and full-size bunk beds), a second living room with extra seating and another sleeper sofa for overflow, and the remaining bathrooms. The downstairs is reached by about 15 steps, creating separate quiet and active zones that work well for families or multigenerational groups who want both shared gathering space and privacy.

Game room with arcade, shuffleboard and more:
→ Arcade console - cocktail arcade gaming system set up for multiplayer sessions and free for guests to use.
→ Shuffleboard table - ideal for casual tournaments and group play.
→ Dart board - quick rounds for friendly competitions.
→ Board games - options for low-key game nights and family play.

The game room offers several ready-to-use entertainment options for groups.

A Second Place to Unwind:
Downstairs living area with a sleeper sofa and extra seating provides a casual hangout and an additional sleeping option for groups - it sits next to the game room so you can collapse here after shuffleboard, arcade rounds, or a movie without climbing back upstairs. The lower level also contains Bedroom 4 (king) and Bedroom 5 (full bunkbeds), and the downstairs space is reached by about 15 steps from the main entrance, so plan accordingly for anyone with limited mobility.

Upstairs living room is arranged around the gas log fireplace and includes the mounted TV plus the dedicated workspace, making it the better spot for quieter evenings, reading, or getting work done. The three full bathrooms include an ensuite for Bedroom 1 upstairs; the remaining baths serve the rest of the bedrooms and common areas. Together the two living areas let large or multigenerational groups split activities easily - louder game nights or a kids’ corner downstairs, while adults relax or work in the upstairs lounge.

Cooking & Gathering:
Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker - everything you need to prepare group meals and handle cleanup quickly. Two living areas and living rooms with plenty of seating, sleeper sofas, and an upstairs gas log fireplace give your group multiple places to sit, eat, and relax after dinner.

Outside cooking and gathering options include a propane BBQ grill and a fire pit for casual cookouts and evening conversations, plus a private hot tub for soaking after a day of exploring. The game room with arcade console, shuffleboard, dart board, and board games also makes it easy to keep everyone entertained before or after meals.

Outdoor Living:
Private hot tub, fire pit, and a BBQ grill give you straightforward options for relaxing and dining outdoors - soak after a day of hiking, fire up the grill for group cookouts, then gather around the fire pit to unwind. The outdoor setup works well for larger groups and evening get-togethers.

The home sits in a Blue Ridge neighborhood close to downtown Asheville, so you’ll enjoy a mountain setting while still being near local attractions. Note that neighbors are on both sides and wildlife such as black bears, turkeys, and deer do visit the property - please follow quiet hours and the safety guidance in the guest guide. Pets are welcome; include them in your reservation so fees are added correctly.

Private hot tub, fire pit and grill:
→ Private hot tub outside for unwinding after a day of exploring Asheville and the Blue Ridge
→ Outdoor fire pit for evening gatherings and relaxed conversations under the stars
→ BBQ grill outside so you can cook meals outdoors after hikes or time in town

Your Work-From-Anywhere Setup:
Dedicated workspace in the upstairs living room - a ready spot to set up your laptop, take video calls, and get work done while the rest of your group spreads out downstairs. Wifi details and the network password are provided in the guest guide sent before arrival so you can plug in quickly.

Self check-in with a smart lock code and a responsive host mean flexible arrivals and fast help if you need anything while working remotely.

Restful Bedrooms:
Clear two-level layout for flexible group sleeping: upstairs has three bedrooms - the primary king with an ensuite, plus a second king and a queen - along with the upstairs living area that includes a sleeper sofa and a dedicated workspace. Downstairs has two bedrooms - a king and full-size bunk beds - plus a second living area with a sleeper sofa and direct access to the yard, hot tub, and fire pit. The house has three full bathrooms in total: the upstairs primary has an ensuite and two additional full bathrooms are available for shared use. There are about 15 steps between levels, so plan accordingly for mobility or luggage since the downstairs is reached via those steps.

Bedrooms are arranged to support restful nights and privacy: adults can keep a quieter upstairs zone while kids or late-night players use the downstairs rooms without disturbing others. Guests frequently mention strong sleep quality and overall comfort in reviews, and the layout makes it easy to assign rooms for multigenerational groups.

Bathrooms & Laundry:
Three full bathrooms, including a private ensuite off the upstairs king bedroom, keep mornings moving: groups can spread across the two levels. Upstairs contains bedrooms 1-3, the main living room and the dedicated workspace, while downstairs contains the king bedroom and the full-size bunkroom plus the second living area, reached via about 15 steps. The ensuite provides private access for the upstairs king; the two other full bathrooms serve the remaining bedrooms and both common areas so multiple people can get ready at once.

Laundry is in the garage and includes a free washer and dryer, so you can refresh clothes during longer stays or quickly handle spills without hunting for a laundromat.

Ample parking and on-site laundry:
→ Free driveway parking fits 4-5 vehicles, so groups can arrive and park together without hunting for spots
→ Laundry facilities located in the garage for convenient on-site washing during your stay

Ready When You Are:
Private hot tub and arcade-style game room give large groups simple ways to unwind and have fun after a short 13-minute drive to downtown Asheville. The house sleeps 16, offers self check-in and parking for 4-5 cars so arrivals and logistics are easy; if this setup fits your group, check availability and reserve your dates.

The Neighborhood at a Glance:
Located in a well-established, family- and pet-friendly neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay while downtown Asheville is only about a 13-minute drive. Local parks, cafes, and shops are within a ten-minute drive for quick outings, and the Biltmore Estate is roughly 26 minutes away. Driveway parking for 4-5 vehicles and a pet-friendly policy make this house convenient for groups traveling with pets.

Pet-friendly with simple booking steps:
→ Pet-friendly booking: pets are welcome, so please include them on your reservation to ensure pet fees are added correctly.

October 2025

This was a last minute weekend getaway for us- my husband, 4 kids, and two Corgis. We wanted quick access into downtown Asheville and accessibility to check out Black Mountain- each are minutes away from the house, great location! But much closer are stores and restaurants if need be. The house itself was adorable- I definitely could’ve fit more people, the whole downstairs could’ve fit another 8 people easily and comfortably. Downstairs was also fun for the kids to play games, would be great for a gathering of people. The hot tub was perfect for the Fall cool evening. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable as well. We were able to take the pups for walks in the neighborhood and it was so nice to see the mountains just in the neighborhood. Jennifer was so kind and responsive to everything. We can’t wait to come back!

We were surprised how clean everything was, how there was hot water in the hot tub, how well everything was matched in terms of kitchenware. All was clean and though we had a large group of people, we felt comfortably at home. The host is great and responsive, and the place is awesome. We will definitely return one day.

We had a group of 9 people and all had room to spread out. Walkable neighborhood for the dog. Had a problem with the hot tub the first night, but Jennifer was very responsive and helped us fix it. Kitchen was well equipped. It was cold while we were there, but there were nice areas to hang out outside. 15 minutes to downtown. Would stay again, especially with a group.
