The property's location is highly convenient, with the beach just a 4-minute walk away and the Ala Moana Shopping Center, one of the largest outdoor malls in the country, just a 10-minute walk away. And don't miss the Friday night fireworks display starting at 7:45 pm, viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon, just a 4-minute walk.
Building Notice: July 18, 2025
Beginning in August 2025 through January 2027, the building will undergo scheduled exterior maintenance, including spalling repairs and full exterior painting by a licensed contractor. While repairs affecting this unit’s balcony have been completed, work will continue in other areas of the building. Guests may experience intermittent construction-related noise, as well as the presence of dust or workers in common areas.

Waikiki is an exciting, well-loved area. Because this condo faces the street, guests may occasionally hear city and neighborhood activity. If you’re sensitive to sound, we recommend packing earplugs for extra peace of mind. Most guests find the location and convenience well worth it and continue to rate the condo very highly.
